1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using services provided by The Honest Coconut ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services The Honest Coconut provides B2B coconut delivery services to commercial accounts under signed contracts ("Client Accounts"). Use of our app/software including email and/or SMS-based ordering and communication system is limited to authorized representatives of Client Accounts.

3. Authorized Use Our SMS ordering system is available only to employees and representatives who have been explicitly authorized by their employer and registered by an account administrator. Each registered phone number must complete individual opt-in confirmation before becoming active. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Account Responsibility Account administrators are responsible for managing authorized users, maintaining accurate contact information, and ensuring that all users comply with these terms. Account administrators represent and warrant that they have authority to register the phone numbers they enter into our portal. You are responsible for all activity associated with your registered phone number.

5. SMS Program Terms

Program description. By registering your phone number with The Honest Coconut and confirming opt-in (Reply 1), you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account, including: order confirmations, delivery status updates, ETA notifications, requests for order details, and account-related communications.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your order activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Honest Coconut does not charge for the SMS service, but standard carrier rates apply.

Carriers. Our SMS service is supported on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Information collected through our SMS service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://thehonestcoconut.com/privacy-policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Opt-Out and Help You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START, SUBSCRIBE, or APPROVE, or by re-completing registration through your account administrator.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Honest Coconut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any delayed or undelivered SMS messages.

8. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
