Nature’s Lab vs. The Factory

Nature built coconut water as a complete system: bioactive enzymes that kickstart metabolism, electrolytes in perfect ratios, amino acids, vitamins, plant hormones—everything designed to supercharge mammals.

Then we put it in a box.

Most commercial coconut water is nuked at 140°C+ to give it a 2-year shelf life. This process inactivates virtually all enzymes and degrades heat-sensitive nutrients like amino acids, vitamins, and bioactives.

What you're left with is strange-tasting sugar water with electrolytes.

Why We Do It

We started sourcing raw coconuts to survive midwestern heat. We knew the truth and weren't settling for dead water in a box.

Then we shared them with our community.
